Exchanges.
If you are unhappy with a colour or shade of your product you can ask for an alternative by simply contacting us or using the exchange request label in your parcel. Returns.
We offer a full 14 day return policy on all unworn items.
Please note that wigs, hair extensions, hair pieces and hair accessories by their nature of use are deemed unfit for return if they have been worn. If you are unsure about a style please do remember that hygiene requirements are high due to the intimate nature of wig and hair accessory intended use.
If you receive a wig that is faulty or you do not like the style or colour please contact us.
Wigs must be returned unworn, unused and with tags attached in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please do not purchase a various array of wigs / hair items simply to 'try on'. Fitting is available at our showroom in Oxfordshire, UK or at your supplying salon.
Wigs and hair items that have been tried on, worn, brushed, styled or used are non returnable for hygiene reasons due to the intimate nature of thier use. Wigs with odour, cosmetics or perfume traces are also deemed unfit for resale and are non returnable.
You may return most new, unopened, unworn items in a resaleable condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please use a recorded / signed for returns service when returning your item - we cannot be responsible for lost or missing returned items.

Pixels in our html emails
In order to improve the emails and marketing we send you, our html emails may contain a campaign-unique “web beacon pixel”. The single pixel is deleted when an email is opened, or a particular link is clicked on. By counting the number of pixels which are deleted we can assess which of our emails are more popular and what advertising our readers prefer. We can also inform our advertisers how many readers have clicked on their advertisements.
As with cookies, the pixel doesn’t harm your computer and it doesn’t identify individual users. We currently only provide our emails in HTML format, so if you do not wish to receive the pixel, you would need to unsubscribe from our emails.
